ONE-on-ONE, positive attention from ONE caring and supportive adult.
Kids hope mentors spend just ONE hour per week, reading talking, playing and listening to a child at school. By helping the child feel loved and valued they help that child to learn, grow and succeed.
We have been building these ONE-ON-ONE relationships in partnership with Oak Hill Elementary schools for over 17 years. Schools are the heartbeat of the community. The Kids Hope partnership has allowed us as a church to better understand our community. These relationships that are being built help us become actively engaged in loving our neighbors.
